Dosing Order and Interval
1. Medication Timing and Sequence
Take dapoxetine first, then take tadalafil approximately 1 hour later.
Dapoxetine has a slower onset of action and generally reaches peak effectiveness about 1–2 hours after administration.
Tadalafil, when used as needed, usually begins working within approximately 30–60 minutes. Because it has a longer duration of action, the timing is relatively flexible.
Taking them at staggered times may allow the peak effects of both medications to overlap, helping address both erectile function and ejaculation control.
2. Water Intake Requirements
Take each medication with a full glass of water (approximately 300–500 mL).
Adequate water intake may help reduce some discomforts associated with medication use, such as:
Dizziness
Nausea
General discomfort
3. Starting Dosage
For the first time using a combination of these medications, it is generally recommended to start with the lowest recommended doses:
Dapoxetine: 30 mg
Tadalafil: 10 mg
Maximum Daily Dosage:
Tadalafil: Maximum 20 mg per day
Dapoxetine: Maximum 60 mg per day
Dosage adjustments should be made according to individual response and under the guidance of a healthcare professional. Do not increase doses or combine medications without medical advice.
